The inquiry into who am I? is the very heart of all human search. It penetrates to the innermost core. It helps to let go of what is non-essential and to discover love, truth, joy. It widens your perspective and opens the reality of inter-connectedness with others. It gives you access to your resources and allows you to live with true authority. For all who dare to be more creative, happy, and who want to enjoy alive relationships.

painting on corfuThe paper or canvas is like a mirror. It will reflect who we are in this moment. Since we can paint only ourselves, it will mirror our feelings, hopes, fears, desires and our inner state of being.

In a playful way we have the chance to recognize our patterns and can actively play with them. In this part of the self inquiry we express through forms and colors and have a direct experience of ourselves in the moment.

Since we all have expressed ourselves as children in this way, it is easy to connect again to that original innocence. In this way painting can help us to find and express who we truly are.

Combining the Satori process with painting allows us to expand, make visible and anchor what we found in a colorful way. It can also give us new insights about our creativity. And it is a lot of fun.

During the painting part, there is also time for swimming, walking, singing, time together and just being alone.
