taken care within a safe environment created by the facilitators and the staff.

The meditation technique: Self Inquiry and
Communication
How do you come to know yourself? You go inside using the
question (Zen Koan) Who is in? or Who am I? What is Life? or another koan, to
investigate what is your experience in the moment. You will find emotions,
thoughts, body-sensations, stories of the past or hopes for the future.
Whatever you find you communicate. You discover the mystery of your personality
at your own pace and witness the movement of your unconscious while
communicating to a partner. You unload
the mind and move deeper.

Participant Feedback
"I found a reference point inside which I'd never had before; a
place of home , of knowing in the middle of disaster that there is something
else. A gratefulness that, after so many years, I now know what the Himalayan
Peaks are that the mystics speak about. The light went on and never really went
off again - something I was waiting for after years working in therapy and with
the personality. This meditation retreat gave the feeling that IT IS
POSSIBLE! Halima, Germany
